Lunch will be served on our natural terrace* that overlooks the vineyard in the shadow of our oak forest consisting of: platters of typical tuscan cold cuts and cheese, one course and Vinsanto with cantuccini. Possibility to have a truffle lunch consisting of: platters of typical tuscan cold cuts, cheese and croutons with our fresh truffle, pasta with truffle and dessert. We don't use truffle oils and creams with chemical flavors, our truffle is 100% fresh and natural and harvested by us. Everything will be accompanied by the tasting of 3 of our wines.

TOUR OF THE WINERY
Guided tour of our olive grove, vineyard and wine cellar with an explanation of all our work: from the winter pruning to the finished products.

WINE PICNIC & TREKKING
You will arrive in our winery and we will give you everything you need for a picnic: two stuffed focaccia, one bottle of wine, two wine glasses, water, a blanket in a wicker basket. You can then decide where you want to have your picnic: in our olive grove, in the vineyard or walk in our hiking route through our private woods with different points to have your picnic while hiking.

COOKING CLASS, WINE TASTING & LUNCH WITH CHEF LAURA
Our Personal Chef Laura will teach you how to cook fresh pasta starting from flours and eggs. You will prepare fresh tagliatelle and fresh tortelli. Chef Laura will also teach you how to prepare her famous salted caramel Tiramisù. After the cooking class you will have a wine tasting of 3 of our wines and a convivial lunch with Chef Laura, where you will eat what you prepared together.

TRUFFLE HUNTING & WINE TASTING
Truffle hunting is a very special and pleasant experience that will surely remain in your memories. It will be possible to observe, try to find and extract the truffles, learn to work with a trained dog and learn the tricks so as not to damage the truffle itself and the surrounding habitat.It is not 100% guaranteed that you will find truffles because it is a real hunting and not a simulation.Upon returning from the search for truffles you will have a truffle tasting abbined to a wine tasting of 3 of our wines on our natural terrace.
